Arrival & Dismissal

Arrival

  • Parent vehicles will drop students off in the back of the building.
  • Once the vehicle is stopped beside the awning, students will exit the vehicle and enter the building.
  • From 7:50 am to 8:10 am, students that would like to eat breakfast will enter the cafeteria door. 
  • Students that do not want breakfast will enter the library door. 
  • After 8:10 am, students will report to the cafeteria for breakfast or enter the main door to report to homeroom.
  • Students should be ready to exit the vehicle as quickly and safely as possible before approaching the awning.  A map of a school with a bus lane and arrows indicating the direction of traffic.

 

 

 

Dismissal

  • Students are dismissed at 4:00 p.m.
  • Car riders are picked up in the front of the school.
  • Sixth grade parents will use the second entrance and pick up by the flagpole.
  • Fifth grade parents will use the first entrance and pick up at the patio in the teacher parking lot.
  • Parents are to move as far forward as possible.
  • Do NOT leave cars unattended in the pick-up location.
  • Please have your placard visible and hanging from your rear view mirror. Staff will let you know what numbered space to pull up to.
  • We will call your student to meet you at that location.
  • If you must wait for your child, you will be directed by a staff member to an appropriate location.


Due to safety concerns for all students, parents will remain in their vehicle in the pick-up line.  Due to safety concerns for all students, if the need arises, please only use hands free devices for your mobile phones while in the school parking lots.A map of a school bus stop.
